The Six Coolest Sins to Repent for on Yom Kippur

Yom Kippur is the Day of Atonement for Jews, where we ask G-d to forgive the transgressions we have made in the past year. In honor of this solemn occasion, here is a list of the 6 best sins to repent for this forgiveness season.

1. Spreading Rumors

We’re all guilty of this one, and that’s what makes this sin so cool!

2. Cheating on Tests

School is hard and sometimes we just need a little help to get by. And is there really that much wrong with that? Yes. That’s why we’re repenting for it now. But when we were doing it, MAN, that was cool.

3.Triple Homicide

Killing one or two people is SO ten years ago. The hip sin this year is triple homicide, and we have a hell of a lot to repent for this Day of Atonement.

4. Stealing my Heart

You made me fall in love with you and then broke me heart. You better be atoning so hard for all the pain you caused me.

5. Hard Drugs

How can something so bad feel so good? Yom Kippur 2016 is all about repenting for all the hard drugs you did this past year. Even though Heroin was the hard drug of choice for 5776, 5777 is looking to be the year of sinning by snorting Cocaine.

6. Sacrificing to Other Gods

Who hasn’t sacrificed a bull or two to Baal or Moloch every now and then? Maybe even Zeus if you’ve been feeling extra naughty. But today we ask G-d to forgive us for this and try not to do it again next year.
